- Standard processing time for an order to ship is 1-2 business days. Many orders will ship the same day an order is placed.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).
- For Standard and Free Ground Shipping options please allow 2-6 days for delivery.
- Orders are shipped only during business days and not on Weekends.
- Rush orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 1pm EST Monday-Friday to be guaranteed same day processing. Rush orders placed after 1pm EST
- Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO’s, FPO’s, or US Territory addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and are not eligable for other expedited shipping methods.

Please contact customer service if you need troubleshooting help to get your Gerbing gear working properly before making a return. Many performance issues can easily be resolved over the phone or via email.
- Returned items must be unused and unwashed with original packaging and labels.
- You may return unused items within 30 business days of purchase for a full refund.
- Embroidered products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

- Products purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

2. Purchase postage locally or contact us to purchase a pre-paid label for $9.99.
3. Ship the package. We will email you to confirm receipt.

We now offer pre-paid shipping labels for your returns/exchanges. These labels are available for $9.99 and can be e-mailed directly to you. The pre-paid label is for your convenience and will allow us to ship any returns/exchanges back to you at no additional cost to you.
If you received the wrong item or the item you purchased is deemed to be defective after troubleshooting with an agent, you will not be charged for a pre-paid label.
If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3-days of delivery.

If you are returning an item that was not deemed to be defective or was the wrong item shipped, you may still request a pre-paid shipping label.
Please note that the cost of the label is $9.99 and will be deducted from any refund you are eligible to receive.
The 30-day return period starts once you receive your order.
A restocking fee may be applied for returns outside of this time period.
Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days.
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used to place the order.
All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be:
1. In new condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc.
2. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions and tags.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use will not receive a full refund and could receive up to 50% less the items price. In extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to return the unsellable item back to the sender without a refund.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by agent due to special circumstances).
Option 1 - Express Exchange
Place a new order online or by calling our customer service team. Your new order will ship immediately and then you will need to send back the unwanted item for a refund by following instructions above.
Option 2 - Standard Exchange
Send us your unwanted item(s) by using the above instructions. Please send a copy of your receipt with a written note of what size/color/item you wish to exchange for.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process a standard exchange. (Note: Please allow 7-10 days during the Hoilday Season)
